1. Purpose and Scope
This Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") determines the terms regarding the processing, storage, and protection of personal data provided by users during the subscription and usage of helloHub platform owned by Globalmeta Dijital Pazarlama ve Yazılım Hiz. LTD. ŞTİ. ("Company").
2. Data Processing Principles
In processing your personal data, we adhere to the KVKK (Law No. 6698) and GDPR requirements:
- Processing lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner.
- Collecting for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
- Keeping data accurate and up to date.
- Limiting storage to the period necessary for the purposes of processing.
3. Processed Data Categories
We process the following data to execute our SaaS license agreement and optimize WhatsApp API workflows:
- User Identity: Name, surname, business role.
- Contact: E-mail address, phone number.
- Company Details: Title, address, tax registry details.
- Usage Logs: System logs, API interaction logs, IP address.
- Payment Tokens: Secure payment tokens generated by payment gateways (iyzico/Paytr). We do not store raw credit card credentials.
4. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell or lease your personal data. We only share it with:
- Meta Platforms Inc. for WhatsApp Business API endpoint setups.
- Licensed virtual POS companies for subscription fee processing.
- Regulatory/legal bodies where mandated by applicable legislation.
5. Security of Your Data
We use secure databases, SSL encryption, and strict server access controls to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your data.
