Delivery & Return Conditions

1. Instant Electronic Delivery
helloHub is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. No physical product delivery or shipment takes place. Delivery of the software service is executed electronically immediately upon successful verification of the subscription fee via our licensed payment gateway. The user's account dashboard will be instantly unlocked for WhatsApp Business API settings and panel usage.
2. Right of Withdrawal Exclusions
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distant Contracts (Turkey), contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Additionally, since helloHub serves B2B (business-to-business) corporate clients, B2B sales are governed by the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK) instead of standard consumer rights, meaning the standard 14-day consumer cooling-off period is not applicable unless a custom enterprise contract specifies otherwise.
3. Subscription Cancellation & Billing Periods
Users can cancel their rolling monthly or annual helloHub subscriptions at any time through their panel settings. Following cancellation:
- Your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- No new subscription fees will be charged for the subsequent period.
- Refunds are not issued for unused portions of the current active billing cycle.
4. Exceptional Refund Scenarios
If the platform experiences documented technical defects that prevent usage, and our support team fails to resolve the issue within 7 business days, a technical refund assessment is initiated. Approved refunds will be processed back to the subscriber's original credit card within 5-10 business days, subject to the card issuer's banking clearance rules.
