All data is stored on servers located in Turkey. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and intrusion detection systems. WhatsApp message content is end-to-end encrypted by Meta and not accessible to helloHub.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Meta (as required for WhatsApp Business API operation), cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting services), payment processors (for billing), and authorities (when required by law or court order).
